Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us and we want every customer to be completely satisfied with our products. That’s why we offer a 30-day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you wish to return an item, purchased directly from our online store at www.redcupliving.com, we will gladly refund the purchase price within 30 days from the original date of shipment.

To make retail ordering easy we offer standard flat- rate shipping charges
For retail orders up to $50.00 the shipping rate is $3.00
All retail orders over $50.00 ship for FREE (aren’t’ we awesome?!)
Orders usually ship via USPS or UPS Ground. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery, for items that are currently in stock. Please note that we require a physical shipping address and cannot deliver to PO Boxes. If you require express shipping please contact us for pricing.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping Rates
Please contact us for pricing. Orders will usually ship via USPS (since we can’t ship “ground” to Hawaii).
International Shipping Rates
Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to ship to locations outside the United Sates. However, we hope to change this very soon.
Exchanges, Credits & Returns
We will gladly make an exchange or refund any item, purchased directly from our online store at www.redcupliving.com, for a period of 30 days from the original date of shipment. We are unable to process exchanges, credits or refunds for items purchased from our associated Wholesale Partners. (Please contact them directly.)
All returns must be in original, new, re-sellable condition and include all of the original contents; and must be received by Red Cup Living in the same condition in which you received them. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in “new condition” or apply a damage/restocking fee up to 100% of purchase price.
Refunds will be made for the product amount only (shipping charges are not refundable) using the original payment method. Free shipping promotions and other coupons, offers and discounts may be deducted from your refund.
To exchange a product, or return an item for refund, please email email@example.com and we will provide return authorization instructions.
For items damaged in transit please contact us within 5 business days of receipt of order. We will have the damaged item picked up and replaced at no cost to you.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your exchange, credit or return to be processed.
If you are unable to receive your order, or have given an incorrect delivery address, you will be charged for the re-shipment of any orders returned to us, as well as any additional charges that we incur. Please double check and verify your address on each order you place.
